Order
I recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before your occasion, so that there is enough time for us to work together, create and print the card. And this time frame will give guests adequate notice of the event. Once we decide on our direction for our design, you can expect to have the product within approximately one week (assuming revisions are kept to a minimum) or as soon as three to four days.
The Process
I expect us to communicate via e-mail regarding what you desire for your custom product. Once you have an idea of the design you are wanting to achieve, I will begin crafting your product based on the information and photos (if applicable) that you send me. I plan to be in frequent contact with you, so that I know that I am meeting your expectations.
Upon completion, I will send you a proof via e-mail of the design. If you are satisfied, I will order your product immediately. If you are not satisfied with the product, I will do whatever I can to make it right for you.
After revisions are finalized and you approve the product, I will send you an invoice via e-mail and you can conveniently pay online via the PayPal Web site (even without a PayPal account). I accept banking debit cards and all major credit cards.
Once payment is received, I will have the product printed and sent to me. I will then mail them to you via USPS.
